A.E.L.T. & C.C.

We are currently upgrading the hot water services to Court 2 changing rooms. The existing high capacity hot water calorifier is being removed from a restricted access plant area and being replaced with a packaged instantaneous plate heat exchanger and buffer vessel.

This forms part of a refurbishment programme with similar upgrades in other plant rooms serving the Aorangi Pavilion and Competitors Changing Rooms.

We also provide cover for services before, during and after the Championships.

Allianz Cornhill Insurance PLC.

We are involved in a refurbishment programme of en-suite facilitates to bedrooms forming part of Allianz Cornhill’s training and conference centre at Ewhurst, Surrey. We are employed as the main contractor on this project employing and co-ordinating specialist trades and sub contractors. We have also maintained the mechanical services on this site for the past 20 years. At their Liphook site for the Engineering division of the group we also maintain mechanical services and other project work.

Ecclesiastical Buildings.

We specialise in the installation of building services to various Churches, Convents and Friary buildings. These include among others the following:-

  • The Franciscan Friary, Chilworth
  • Ladywell Convent, Godalming
  • The Parish Church of St. Martins of Tours, Epsom
  • Teddington Methodist Church, Teddington
  • Chertsey Street Baptist Church, Guildford

Ascot, Luxury Housing.

Over the past five years we have been involved in providing M&E services to 16no. new-build luxury homes at various sites in the Ascot area. The market value of these completed buildings range between £1.9 and £3.2 million each. The largest of these projects included eleven houses on one site with an M&E value of £1.15 million, our largest project to date.

Knowle Park Nursing Home, Cranleigh, Surrey.

We are taking part in the long term refurbishment programme of the Nursing Home. We provide a design and installation service for both M&E services to existing and new buildings forming part of the on going upgrade. Over the past two years we have taken instruction to upgrade all incoming mains and sub-mains distribution including switch gear, panels and distribution boards.

Lloyds TSB Bank PLC.

We have been involved over the past 15 years in the refurbishment, small works and maintenance of over 100 braches. We played a big part in the co-locations when Lloyds and TSB branches were merged in various High Streets. Small works include the addition of Interview Rooms, Banking Hall upgrades and office changes.

Johnson Controls Ltd.

For the past 14 years we have provided M&E services to various sites for the facilities management giant Johnson Controls. These range from large office buildings such as Tower 42 (ex. NatWest Tower) to ExxonMobil sites including their headquarters at Leatherhead and the Esso Fuel Terminal at Hythe near Southampton.

Young & Co.’s Brewery PLC.

Over the past 12 years we have successfully installed services in many Public House refurbishments and the Wandsworth Brewery itself. We undertake plant maintenance at one of their larger hotel sites in Greenford, Middlesex.
